On Saturday, Oct. 29, The Standard and Yola Mezcal hosted Boom Halloween at The Standard, High Line. The mezcal brand's colorful characters—Gina Correll Aglietti, Lykke Li and Yola Jimenez, playwright Jeremy O’Harris and Creative Director Rafa—set the scene for major costume moments, eighteen floors above the Meatpacking District. With sweeping views of the city and a killer soundtrack in Top of the Standard, our spooky soiree began with an intimate dinner in The Standard Grill.
On hand (and in costume) were revelers including Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer, Emily Ratajkowki, Derek Blasberg, Simon Huck, Cara Delevigne, Prabal Gurung and more. The night kicked off with a legendary set by Stretch Armstrong and an epic live performance by Sudan Archives who transformed the iconic bar into a stage with a tinsel tree background, followed by globetrotting DJ, Mia Moretti.
If looks could kill, we'd be in big trouble, honey. Take a peek at NYC's most talked-about Halloween scene:
