LOS ANGELES

Called “the most entertaining reading series ever” by the Los Angeles Times, this live show brings together four authors to read their most electric writing for six minutes or less before an all-star panel of three judges. After each reading, the judges take turns spouting hilarious commentary about each story, then select their favorite to advance to the finals. The two finalists then compete for the Literary Death Match crown. Hosted by writer Adrian Todd Zuniga. The writers are: Andres du Bouchet (comedian, actor and staff writer for CONAN), Iris Smyles (author of Iris Has Free Time), Douglas Kearney (author of Fear, some and The Black Automaton finalist for the Pen Center USA Award), and Anna David (New York Times best-selling author of Party Girl, Bought and They Like Me, They Really Like Me).
